Why did I not recieved my advance loan when I signed the consent to disclose my information for the refund advance loan

I never received mine as well. I’m getting really frustrated having to do all the work myself and try to figure it out myself. TurboTax and Credit Karma you should have their stuff together and they should be figuring this out. I paid good money to file and a turbo tax expert ran me through the process of signing up for the refund advance. I was approved and never received anything except for an empty debit card. What am I supposed to do about this?

I have been on the phone with TurboTax, CreditKarma, and first century bank and not one person can tell me why I was approved, opened a credit karma spend account and did not receive my refund Advance. I've been waiting 10 days now. I have all the paperwork where I signed agreeing to all the loan application info etc and I cannot get any answers. I'm so frustrated.

• Did you ever get any type of legitimate answer?? I sure didn't! I so regret using Turbo.

You are commenting on an older thread that may have outdated information.  

For your situation, we ask that you please verify that the primary tax-payer name is the same as the Credit Karma account created for your Refund Advance.  If it does, please reach back out here for the next steps.

@HeatherPLO Double and triple checked EVERYTHING! Followed every prompt on Turbotax. Signed every document put before me and nothing. I have spent hours speaking with Credit Karma and far more with Turbotax and NOONE is taking care of this issue! I even sent an email to the OFFICE OF THE PRESIDENT OF INTUIT AND GOT NOTHING!

• I took the option of having to pay the additional amount for live service to get the information that just go ahead file your taxes and you'll get the Advance Refunded option. To find out there was no option when I found out from another representative the following day that this was not the way you get an Advance and refunded me $50. 
• Yes, Turbo tax and credit karma need to be a little bit more clear on this option. I'm using another service next year!

I think we should all file a class action suit against them for lying and misleading and fraudulently getting information.

Yeah, they said they didn't approve me when it clearly said that I was approved for $2000 advance. I even signed the information. They said it was just an application and that I wasn't aproved. Definitely miss leading, never using this again. I will be going back to Another service!

Don't waste your time applying for Advance Loan.
