- I took the option of having to pay the additional amount for live service to get the information that just go ahead file your taxes and you'll get the Advance Refunded option. To find out there was no option when I found out from another representative the following day that this was not the way you get an Advance and refunded me $50.
- Yes, Turbo tax and credit karma need to be a little bit more clear on this option. I'm using another service next year!
