If you're having difficulty using your temporary card, please reach out to Turbo Visa customer service at (888) 285-4169.

Why cant I spend my refund advance. I have the temporary card number and all, but can't place any online order

I can't get through to a live agent.

The automated system doesn't offer any solutions for not bwing able to spend my available refund advance funds from my temporary card. It says error or declined
