I'm at my wits end bc I cannot print out a much needed copy of the 2019 tax returns I filed thru Turbotax.Intuit.com? I signed into the Tax Returns/Documents. I clicked on show. However, no option for 'which year' appeared. There was no info in the upper left corner of the screen to click on that option.
Any suggestions? Feeling totally foolish...

Try this -
To access your current or prior year online tax returns sign onto the TurboTax website with the userID you used to create the account - https://myturbotax.intuit.com/
When you sign onto your online account and land on the Tax Home web page, scroll down and click on Add a state.
This will take you back to the 2019 online tax return.
Click on Tax Tools on the left side of the online program screen. Then click on Print Center. Then click on Print, save or preview this year's return. Choose the option Include government and TurboTax worksheets

If you can't use the Download/print button at the Tax Home, try the "Download/print the PDF" link in the section "Your Tax Returns & Documents". OR if you're getting incomplete documents when you use one of those methods, here's an alternate way to print by opening the filed return back up to print at the Print Center. By this latter method you can even get all the worksheets and summary pages, if desired.
NOTE: When you open your return back up, do not make any changes in it since it's already been filed. If you later have to amend the return, it has to start off exactly as it was when it was originally filed.
NOTE: Remember all PDF tax documents and tax data files are very sensitive files, since they contain your personal ID info, financial data, and possibly bank account numbers, etc. Be sure to store them safely and securely to guard against computer theft, hacking, etc.
Would you please mail me a copy of my 2019 tax return as I cannot get a copy on my computer,

This is mainly a user community forum, not a direct route to TurboTax Support. But in any case, TurboTax Support will not mail you a copy of your tax return.
Also be aware that this is a public Internet forum, and you should not post personal info in the public forum. For your privacy and security, you can edit your original comment above to remove your personal info by clicking the tiny blue 3-dot icon just to the right of your comment and in the dropdown menu choose EDIT. I'll also bring it to a Moderator's attention who may remove it in the meantime.

Are you using the desktop software (CD/download) or Online TurboTax (web version)? How are you trying to get the PDF and print? If you are using Online TurboTax, the steps and alternate methods have been mentioned several times in this thread. Did you read the other entries in this thread with the directions? If so, where and what is the roadblock?

What do you mean "not compatible with Google"?
If you are referring to Chromebook, the TurboTax software can only be installed on a Windows or Mac based personal computer.
