Why are my state return details not visible?

Are you trying to view or print your state tax return?  Have you paid the TurboTax online account fees or filed the federal and state tax returns?

Put in all my info and it shows what state refund is but I cannot see any of the calculations. After trying several different things, I logged off and back in and lo and behold, then I could use the details. Product has been very skittish this year, but all is well now (for the moment)
