Once the IRS accepts your tax return, TurboTax can no longer provide updates. You can track the status your tax refund on the IRS Where's My Refund? site. That is where you will find the most up-to-date information regarding the status of your tax return and a specific date of when to expect your refund. Per the IRS, most refunds are received within 21 days from the time a return has been accepted and a refund option is selected.
If it has been over 21 days since your tax return has been accepted, please see What if my IRS refund is taking longer than 21 days? for information on contacting the IRS.
This is highly frustrating and ridiculous. I have never suffered so long by any means to receive my refund. I have spoke to the IRS they said they sent it to my bank February 22nd 2022. I called the bank the bank said they did not receive it which sends me back to TurboTax. TurboTax want to give me the runaround sending me back to the IRS. I did receive my state tax which was $93. I did give TurboTax the right account and routing number. I received my state tax of $93 which proves I did not give them the wrong account and routing numbers. I did not claim for child check credit because I have no dependents at this time. My federal tax is $671 this is now April. I filed in February and have not received my federal tax and TurboTax evidence shows they took their money for the service but have no idea where's my money.
