Form 1040 is what I need I think

TurboTax will prepare you Form 1040 and allow you to e-file your tax return. TurboTax will also do state.

You can also complete Form 1040 by yourself, using the fill-in forms and instructions on the IRS website. Click on About Form 1040, U.S. Individual Income Tax Return. After you complete your return, file by mail.
