Can not locate tax forms in this years program

You do not have direct access to forms in online software. Forms mode is a feature of desktop software only.

You can preview your Form 1040 and Schedules 1, 2, or 3.

If you are using the TurboTax online editions you do not have direct access to any of the tax forms, schedules or worksheets.

That option is only available when using the TurboTax desktop editions installed on a personal computer using Forms mode.
