First the return MUST be ACCEPTED by the IRS for processing ... this may not happen until the end of the month ... read the FAQ :

When will my Turbotax advance go ontomy turbo card?

Nice to hear the IRS has started pulling test returns ... however processing of those returns will not start until 1/27  and if you have EIC or ACTC then those will not process until 2/22 ... patience will be needed.
