Florida? What does this have to do with Florida? Florida does not have a state income tax. Are you asking about your federal refund?
TurboTax gives you an estimated date for receiving your refund based on a 21 day average from your date of acceptance, but it can take longer. Many refunds are taking longer during the pandemic.
First, check your e-file status to see if your return was accepted:

If accepted, they try to process it within three weeks but it can be longer. if you have earned income credit or additional child tax credit, it will be at least the end of February before you see your refund, due to the PATH act that requires that they hold your refund longer.
Once your federal return has been accepted by the IRS, only the IRS has any control. TurboTax does not receive any updates from the IRS. Your ONLY source of information about your refund now is the IRS.
You need your filing status, your Social Security number and the exact amount (line 34of your 2020 Form 1040) of your federal refund to track your Federal refund:

If you chose to have your TurboTax fees deducted from your federal refund, that will take some extra time, while the third party bank handles the refund processing.

Florida does not have a state income tax. If you mean your Federal refund, the IRS is very backlogged, and does not give preference to one state over another.

Is that for real? My family won’t get our federal return till the end of February? That blows
We're in March now. The IRS just started processing on Feb 12, so it's been less than a month. The IRS received 35 million 2020 returns the first week alone, and is still processing several million 2019 ones left over from the COVID shutdown. Many more people have filed 2020 returns than normal, because of the stimulus.
I have not got my tax refund check yet it been over 21days
TurboTax gives you an estimated date for receiving your refund based on a 21 day average from your date of acceptance, but it can take longer. “21 days” is not a promise from TurboTax or the IRS. Many refunds are taking longer during the pandemic. The IRS is backlogged —-they are still trying to process millions of 2019 returns; they received millions of e-filed on the day they opened for 2020 returns, and now they are burdened with sending out another round of stimulus checks.
Some delays are resulting from incorrect amounts that folks entered for stimulus checks they received. Many people have been confused by the recovery rebate credit and completed it incorrectly. The IRS may delay your refund while they cross-check to see what you received. Some refunds are delayed because of the tax law changes that went into effect recently. If your return has unemployment or the premium tax credit on it, that may be delaying it.

@Keithmajor500 Refunds are starting to be processed again. IRS briefly suspended processing refunds due to the issuance of Stimulus payments. State refunds, however, should not have been affected by the issuance of Stimulus payments. You can check with your state tax commission. TurboTax does not issue refunds on the federal or state governments can do that.
