When tracking refund, message went from we have received your return and it is currently processing to we cannot proved any information on your return

I efiled my return on 1/29/2023 with turbo tax and the IRS accepted the return. A week later, when checking WMR it said that the return was still processing. Did not change for months. Finally, I called the IRS and they said I had to verify my identity. I could not do it over the phone and then I was scheduled to do so in person at one of their offices. Went in and did that. About a month or so later, I checked where is my refund, and it finally changed to We have received your refund and it is being processed. Waited a week, then checked WMR and the message changed to We cannot provide any information about your refund. What gives? I did everything they asked, and as of 9/9/23 the message has not changed. I have been waiting almost a YEAR for my refund and no one can provide me with answers. Additionally, I have heard that if the IRS does not process your return within 45 days of them accepting it, they owe you interest. What else can I do???
