How long ago was your return accepted?

Sometimes people get confused by the “summary” given by TurboTax and use the wrong amount for the federal refund.  Make sure you are only using the federal refund amount, and not an amount that combined your federal and state refunds.

Your federal refund amount is on line 20 of your Form 1040

When I try to track my refund on the IRS website it’s not recognizing my information.

I have the same problem.

I E-filed on March 4 both Federal and California State taxes. They were both accepted within about 2 hours.

California "track my refund"  shows the return accepted.

Its been 6 days and  the IRS "Track my refund", still just gives a

"You may not have entered your information correctly. Please verify your personal tax data and try again."

I would confirm that the SS#, Filing status and Refund amount from 1040 line 20 are all correct.

I also separately went in and looked at my IRS account and it shows 2019 return not received.

Anyone else have this problem or any ideas whats happening or gone wrong ?
