So this is the 12th story I've heard from TT
So this the new way of hanging up the phone!! She ended the chat after I called her out.... however 3 chats later I spoke to an older woman via phone call. We called that number together and she to agrees this is confusing but recommends me to speak with a rep at the Santa Barbara bank because it's registered in their system as a check so they have to know the information behind it.
This is what their telling everyone, their systems is corrupted pretty much no direct deposit were correct that stated to me 3 numbers were missing from my account number. I finally received my check yesterday after being deposited in there system Feb 16 I want a refund for processing fees. And I was over charged 37.25 stating a first time filing fee b.s.
Any updates ?
Have you received it.?
Can I have the number you called ?

Good luck they are like robots they all say the same thing they can only see what’s on there end and keep telling you a check has been cut but can’t tell you if it’s been sent or if there’s a date it will send out smh and ur hold time is always a hour to 2 hours
When did they say ur check was sent out or coming because I’ve been waiting on a check since my funds have been sent back to them the 25th
Same ordeal . Direct deposit was rejected on the 24th then was told cashiers check but don’t know a date I’ll get the check
They told me mine was mailed out Tuesday still haven’t received my refund date was the 24th
Same mine was the 24th as well and still no check
All Iknow is I better receive my income tax refund . Or all hell will be raised
