I was wondering if you received your bank print check from Santa Barbara Bank yet??? I was originally set to get my refund direct deposit on Feb 24th but it was sent to a closed account so the direct deposit was sent back to Santa Barbara Bank. So Santa Barbara issued me a bank check on Feb 28th but I have not recieved it yet. Hoping I can get an idea of how long it will take to recieve.

So the irs sent my money the TPG bank on 2/18/22 and they sent the money to my bank on 2/24/22 my bank sent the money back to them on 2/24/22 I have been waiting on a check they say has been cut but can’t tell me if it’s been mailed out all they say is wait 7 to 10 business days from 3/2/22 like this is crazy why have you guys been holding onto my money and why can’t you guys give me a date if my check has already been printed and cut???? I should have done had my money the 24th of feb

This is what their telling everyone, their systems is corrupted pretty much no direct deposit were correct that stated to me 3 numbers were missing from my account number. I finally received my check yesterday after being deposited in there system Feb 16 I want a refund for processing fees. And I was over charged 37.25 stating a first time filing fee b.s.

We don’t know the true mail date or if it really has been. We’ve all been getting a run around!

I requested a call back this morning and they just called me back with the exact date it was sent out. Which was March 2nd 7-10 business days not counting weekends is what I was told

I called SBTPG to check again on when they sent out my check, the automated system says that it was just printed today, but when I called on the 26th it said that it was printed that day. I still have no money, I was double charged (charged for direct deposit and charged for check print) and now I’m going to be triple charged to cash the freakin check that I didn’t ask for due to their error. This is beyond ridiculous. I have NEVER been this late getting my refund. I have been on hold now waiting for a rep from the SBTPG for over an hour. This is so frustrating.

The automated system will give you whatever date it is when you call. You have to speak with a person

I was told my check was sent on the 28th but every time I call the toll free service it gives me the date that I called Instead of saying it was sent out the 28th. Why?

Is there a certain prompt you select to actually talk to someone at sbtpg? I’ve been trying for 3 day and only get the automated system. Also, yesterday it said it a print check was issued with yesterday’s date and today it’s says it was issued with today’s date. I’m so confused!

My direct deposit was rejected on the 24th of February tpg reissued a paper check out on the 28th of February why haven’t I received it yet it’s going on 10 days nothing coming in the mail as of today I’m frustrated at this point it shouldn’t even take this long do it come regular mail or priority mail I need my money

It took awhile for them to get my refund back I was rejected on the 24th wrong account number and I called the turbo tax bank on the 8th and it said it was still being direct deposit then an hour later I called again it said a via check some **bleep** like that

I got mine and when the bank teller called on today they said it’s verified on Friday 11 but it couldn’t be cause I received it on the Saturday 12. ( I received USPS confirmation too). I’m so mad.
