What does "Your tax return is still being processed. A refund date will be provided when available." Exactly mean?

I filed in January and still says processing. Yet i received a stimulas check. Why is it taking so long for federal tax returns to be issued

I filed my 19 taxes on March 29 when the government said those on SSDI and SSI had to file taxes and then the government reversed the decision and said those on SSDI and SSI don't have to file. I am on SSDI and I have not got my stimulus check yet please help
