What does "Your tax return is still being processed. A refund date will be provided when available." Exactly mean?

If you haven't filed yet I'd say have them done by a accountant unless it's a simple return. Mine was accepted on the 13th of February and still waiting.......

Nope. No update yet. Your return is still being processed and a refund date will be given when available......... NEVER in 9yrs have I had these issues. When in a pandemic and money needed ASAP I'm still in limbo. 🙄🤬

I am so upset, I file every year had no issues and now they want to play with our money. My life is already upside down and this was the last thing I needed. Its ridiculous. I'm so angry! No answers.

Did you do this? -

You complete your tax return by finishing all 3 Steps in the File section. In Step 3, to e-file your tax return, you must click on the large Orange button labeled "Transmit my returns now".

After completing the File section and e-filing your tax return you will receive two emails from TurboTax. The first email when your tax return was transmitted and the second email when the tax return has either been accepted or rejected.

Mine were accepted February 15th and still just says processing.  One of my friends filed a week or two later and got their refund in a week.  I wish I knew how they decided whose return they're going to process and whose gets to sit in limbo for months.
