What does "Your tax return is still being processed. A refund date will be provided when available." Exactly mean?

U think thats whats going to happen to me i get it thru the mail. Me and my wife are separated but not legally and i am afraid she would get it thru direct deposit but she doesnt have thebsame bank account number on the 2018 anymore. Because she wouldnt split with me thats why i am freaking plus the bills are mounting up

Maybe all of us should file class action lawsuit on TurboTax mine is screwed up also I paid $210 didn't know I could have done it with any other company free

Same here no tax refund and no stimulus Since 4464 letter waited 60days now it’s almost 90 days WTH can someone help with information about the 60days

There already is a class action lawsuit being filed against turbotax for this reason. I applied to join the other day as turbotax advertised being free if you make less than 30,000 but have not yet received a response.

They tried to charge me for my federal a 130 for the deluxe package and i can sign on right now and it will say i am approved. So i called turbo tax and i had it out with the manager and they new i was rejected 3 times. So they went into my bank account without permission so i had it recinded back to them for 30 dollars thru the bank i was not paying for a service that new i was rejected 3 times and took no action

Same. I filed 3/31 and I was getting info showing up on the status bar but it never went past "accepted" or whatever the first section was called.  Now it won't even show up. As if I didn't file or they don't have my information. My stimulus says I'm eligible and that my payment will go into my account (bank info is correct) but I'm still waiting on both.

Still being processed. I spoke to a TurboTax professional and he told me the first Live help calculated our health care tax credit wrong. We filed January 29th. Still being processed. Means that they are still processing it. They have demanded paperwork from most twice because of the Live help making mistakes.

I filed mine Jan 28th and still yet to see it. I keep looking on irs but all it keeps saying is its still processing.

I been waiting since February and my refund says it still processing I don’t understand why I am getting upset cause I am still waiting

Same here. I talk to my TAS and I was told it will be June before I get my tax refund. My stimulus was unknown.

If you put in a change of address to the post office it will forward it to your new address

Ya my taxes were flied on February 3rd I got my state refund but not my federal refund. They sent me a paper also for id verify its been 8 weeks too. Saids the same thing that it's still processing so I can't get my stimulus check because of that which is stupid. Plus TurboTax already took there money from my bank. Plus there's no way to enter direct deposit information because my refund is still processing. They approved it and got my information because they approved it make sense. Well they should be back at work anyways to fix issues I don't got time to wait till September for a check or whenever it comes I probably be working by then. I'm tired of waiting for it
