TurboTax 2019 Premium (for Mac) is crashed after inputing credit card information (for audit defense or e-filing CA state tax). And it would not work anymore.

I tried to uninstall the app (https://ttlc.intuit.com/community/installing/help/remove-uninstall-turbotax-for-mac/00/26050) and reinstall it, but didn't work. I even tried to upgrade my macOS to 10.15.4 but no helping either. Thanks.

This is my 3rd go around. I had to make a new screen name. Redownload turbo tax and start all over. This time before I tried to purchase I saved tax program and my return on a separate disc also. Just crashed buying audit defense.  Just made 3rd screen name user on my Mac, going to print before buying anything. Hope this helps.
