Turbo Tax TPG Bank shows my refund was funded on the 8th, but I haven’t received it in my account. Why hasn’t it been sent to my bank?

They told me the same thing. They said my bank rejected it because there was no account matching. Now I’m being issued a check. Every time I call it’s saying it’s been issued the same day. For example I called today 3/21 and the operator says my check was issued 3/21. Such bs they need to fix this ASAP!

Hey everyone just wanted to give you all some hope. My check just showed up. They said they mailed it on March 3rd. Good luck to all of you waiting. This was an absolute joke this year.

Yes I’ve talk to irs I’ve done everything possible I been talking to tpg bank every other day n they always tell me call back no supervisor available at the moment n sorry we are still working on fixing the problem….. which mines seems to be that they opened two accounts in my name different amounts mine u irs sent my refund the 5 of this month to tpg bcuz I paid turbo tax via refund biggest mistake never involve a third party smh

I was supposed to be a Direct Deposit as well... They said they didn't have any banking info on my account, however, it clearly said in the info you get when you sign in that it was direct deposit and the last 4 of my account number. But at any rate, they did mail out the check it just took a while. 12 business days for me. Good luck though.

So another update, got my check took it to Wells Fargo and Wal- Mart and both of them could NOT **bleep**ING CASH IT. NOW WHAT TPG!!!! TURBOTAX!!!

seriously?! Their page says both places will cash it. Did Wells Fargo say why? Was it over $10,000

They said they don't have an account with TPG. It was saying on her screen a $43 charge to cash it if they did. I was like okay we will pay it and she said they couldnt. Plus the lady wrote all over the back of it. So I'm probably going to have to void it and wait all over again. Needless to say, my family is **bleep**ed. I lost my job and this was all we had to keep going. Pretty **bleep**ing pissed and worried now.

They said they don't have an account with TPG. It made no sense. The lady at Wal-Mart straight said I don't know why it just won't. BS
