Turbo Tax TPG Bank shows my refund was funded on the 8th, but I haven’t received it in my account. Why hasn’t it been sent to my bank?

@Ceecee22 I don't think the IRS will do anything if the refund has already been issued.  At least that's what I was told by them.  I don't know anything about a form to fill out to get another one issued.

@andreahillavon first they told me feb 22 then feb 24 then March 2nd then March 3rd  smh I don’t know at this point

@Pookiemonster first they told me it was mailed 2/24 then 3/2 now 3/4 . Honestly I’m joining the class action lawsuit I saw on Reddit against turbo tax and tpg

I received my state yesterday from the treasury dept.  I haven't received my federal refund but I did get a go2bankcard.  Are they putting refunds on go2cards

Exactly I’m having the same problem paid turbotax almost $700 out of my returns but because of the bank they used they messed up and made me two account n messed up the numbers on the return it’s been two weeks since IRS sent my money to that bank and I still haven’t received my refund it’s been past  45 days since I e filed I will not be using TurboTax again
