Turbo Tax sent me an email stating My federal filing was rejected due to not putting in spouse prior year PIN. Said to go to Turbo Tax and it would outline what I had to do. I went to my Turbo Tax return and there's nothing there stating what I have to do. It says I've filed.

If you can't request a new PIN for the coming tax year, it's still easy to verify your identity and file your taxes online. Here are your options:
Thank you so much for the detailed answer. I went in and saw last years PIN and made a note of it. Am I supposed to use THE SAME PIN # as last year for this years return???? also, Turbo Tax automatically populated with last years AGI and I also checked it and it’s correct. But it has come back THREE TIMES saying it must match the e-file database (see below). I went online to research it and in one spot it says that’s been an ongoing problem and to change the number to “0”. I’m afraid to do that. HELP!!! I’ve been trying to fix this for 5 HOURS!!
IND-032-04 - 'SpousePriorYearPIN' or 'SpousePriorYearAGIAmt' in the Return Header must match the e-File database.
It is up to you. You can use the same PIN or use a new one. Please see the link below for more information.
If the IRS processed your return prior to 2020, you should be able to use your Adjusted Gross income from your 2019 tax return.
If they have not processed your return yet, you can use $0 for your prior year Adjusted Gross Income for electronic filing purposes. This is done since the IRS did not have your information from your 2019 tax return updated before the 2020 electronic filing period began so there would be no tax return on file at that point.
Please see the link below for assistance in entering your prior year Adjusted Gross Income (AGI) for electronic filing purposes.
Entering zero does not affect how your tax return is processed. It just provides an additional layer of security when electronically filing your tax return.
AGI if filing joint in current year
I did both of those: tried self selected PIN and also Turbo Tax pre populated with last years AGI. It was rejected FIVE TIMES. I tried various scenarios of using my own PIN, using last years PIN, putting AGI in myself (which were the exact same numbers Turbo Tax pre-populated with), changing AGI to 0 as one post suggested. Tried it all. Each rejection came back with those same two errors: PIN and AGI problems. Turbo Tax continually said they checked my return and everything was right and I was ready to file….and it continually came back REJECTED! I finally gave up and printed it out and mailed it in. Additionally, it says to sign back into Turbo Tax and it would walk me through the fix…it did not walk me through any fix because each time I did what was suggested it came back REJECTED. I do not think I will be using TurboTax again. WHY? 1) no option I could find to chat or talk to a human. I did find something about Advantage or Premium but whatever it was did not specify if a human was online or a recorded response and also it stated a 110-min wait; 2) No one should have to spend a cumulative 14 hrs to try to send in a tax return; 3) I noticed in the community forums I was not the only one getting this same response from TurboTax; 4) if it happened this year and I had to mail them in, then clearly if I used TurboTax next year, THAT SAME ERROR IS STILL SITTING IN THERE and would not pre-popoulate correctly next year, thus rejecting an online mailing yet again. 5) having to do them online and MAIL them in defeats the whole purpose.
