Turbo tax didnt ask for my banking info to send refund to.. does it go to the account from last year?

In the File section of the program, before the tax return is e-filed, the program gives you the various option on how to receive the tax refund in Step 2.  You must make a choice in the this section before the program can continue.

Print your tax return and on the Filing Instructions page will be how you selected to receive the tax refund.
