TPG is holding funds, TT unable to be reached

Same here, Never had a problem with turbotax. now i'm here looking for my refund. i see that TPG has sent it out. I haven't been contacted or anything

Our disbursement method says : Reserved. 

Our "Fee" is $235.92 ... 

"Option to pay with your refund" : $39

"State Tax on Product" : $9.92

"TurboTax Product Fee" : $187.00

I am having the same issue. I received my return, but TPG is holding a portion of it with no explanation.

Going thru the same runaround.   TurboTax is not even using a bank this year.  The are using a products service.  This company is suppose to only retrieve the fees charged for using turbo tax then send the remainder of the refund back to the IRS to reissue the remainder of refund if you don't have direct deposit or if info is wrong.  This company shouldn't even have or able to access our personal or financial info.  I've been given the runaround from both TurboTax and this other place since March 5th.  Still haven't received anything helpful.  Just told to contact IRS, like that's going to happen.

I have reached out to Santa Barbara.  All I get from them is my refund is being sent on different days.  No refund after 3 weeks of doing this.   It is bogus.  I don't what you stated on how to get your refund.  Norhing is working.

I have. Was told that refund was sent on Wed. Then Friday then Wed. Then Friday. Spike to them yesterday, said will be sent today. Spike to them today and stated it will be sent Friday.  Same thing everytimevi call.  When I asked them why I was told to was sent or going to be sent i was told the previous person didn't understand the process.

My full Refund is also being held captive at the Santa Barbara TPG bank. It tells me that instead of sending direct deposit that I am getting sent a cashier's check. Ther is NO GOOD reason for this as I double checked all of my direct deposit information 3 times before submitting my info. Also, Why  does this company think its okay to hold onto my money for weeks before sending a check? They also refused to let me give them my bank information to have it resent into my account. needless to say I will never be using turbo tax EVER again. I have been using Turbo tax for decades.

My refund has been shorted by over 1300 dollars after my tubo tax fees were deducted and I'm not pleased with how I haven't been able to reach anyone about it.

Having the same issue since 2/2/22....sigh. I created a TikTok addressing the issue and tagged everyone from CNN to turbo tax. Social media seems to be the route to get people's attention, so i suggest Everyone give it a shot.

My refund is 1,000$ less, not including the $117 I was charged by TurboTax. And comes from "TPG PRODUCTS SBTPG LLC". Is TPG PRODUCTS SBTPG LLC affiliated with TurboTax? And was I charged an additional fee? I do not believe I was informed about this additional charge. Can I apply for a refund for that charge?
