No, the IRS does not want to receive and go through 186 printed pages.   When you are on the screen to print, choose that you want to print to file by mail, so that only the pages you are supposed to mail in are printed for you.

When you mail a tax return, you need to attach any documents showing tax withheld, such as your W-2’s or any 1099’s.  Use a mailing service that will track it, such as UPS or certified mail so you will know the IRS/state received the return.

Federal and state returns must be in separate envelopes and they are mailed to different addresses.  Read the mailing instructions that print with your tax return carefully so you mail them to the right addresses.

If you are not currently using the downloaded 2021 program where you have the ability to print just the forms to mail  and you are working from a PDF file that includes all the worksheets then use the PDF printer to select the pages you need.   Start with the form 1040 then all the form/schedules that have a filing sequence number in the upper right hand corner plus any overflow statements if any.  Do not send any worksheets.
