I filed my taxes with you my 2020 you guys charged me for fees and I never got to finish my taxes you guys had some flaw in your Medical form 1095 it wouldn’t let me choose the right one. I had to mail my forms in which I never got any word back from the government.

What kind of 1095 form do you have?  You don't enter a 1095-B or 1095-C on your tax return. You only enter a 1095-A if you get one. 

The fees are to prepare the return whether you efile or print and mail.  The IRS is taking a very long time to process returns this year especially mailed returns.  

You are not alone. Millions are still waiting. Turbo Tax only gives you an estimated date. The IRS usually pays most refunds within 21 days. But these are not normal times. This year is taking the IRS longer to send the refunds. There are millions more people filing returns to get the Stimulus payment.

Same exact  thing with me .   I have used them for years the last couple years I paid for deluxe and expert advice chat plus e-file charge etc.  it is  5 months since sending 1095-a and form 8962 to irs.  Turbo tax and there system cliche  caused this mess. Turbo tax is useless I was told nothing they can do and gave me the IRS phone. 

The best is turbo tax didn’t get their payment from my refund since I haven’t gotten one so they electronically withdrew their payment from bank acct  using information on my tax return.  
I will never use them again.  Message on where’s my refund has changed from still processing  to I no record of return and to try & re-enter my information again.   It is a total mess
