Tax refund

I sent my tax return certified; it was received on 3/21/20 according to USPS tracking.

It still is not showing up in the IRS system. Should I refile before 7/15?

NO ... do not refile. All paper returns are being delayed in processing due to the Covid situation ... they are just now opening mail that arrived 3 months ago so just sit tight.
