Once a tax return has been filed it cannot be canceled, changed or retrieved.

Hello, still waiting on my return to be accepted and I never received a email telling me if my return was rejected or not. It’s still in pending  limbo and per the irs they have never received my return electronically. Not sure what to do at this point, but I’m beyond frustrated.

I never received the email either and I don’t think anyone here actually did. It would be nice if TT could offer some real help as this is just adding so much unnecessary stress for all. 
I’m frustrated and tired of being told that it is pending waiting on the IRS. The IRS continues to tell me that it is not a matter of processing my return but that rather, the issue is that they’ve not received my return. I was hopeful that finally we might all be receiving some actual help and assistance to the issue at hand but with no communication from TT and no email received during the time frame we were once again told to expect one .. I’m losing hope in TT. 
I think we are all just pleading for TT/Intuit to make things right and offer us the assistance they promised.

I have sent emails to the executives and I’m posting this here if anyone else wants to also. It’s very unacceptable to treat anyone as such. My returns have been in a pending status since February 12th and no one can tell me why. The IRS informed me they have no record of my return even being submitted. Either file my returns or reject them so I can file through another company.

I efiled my return on Feb 5.  I understand that it most likely would not be processed until Feb 12.  It is now Feb 20, and I have no update on the status of my return on the Turbo tax website.  The other returns I did both prior and after mine have been processed, accepted and refunds direct deposited.  It would be nice to know that my return either is going to be processed or returned for any corrections.

I filed January 11th it was pending for sometime then I received an email saying my federal return was accepted.A few days later I received an email saying my state return was accepted took that long I just got these emails last week keep checking when you check on your refund status after it gets accepted make sure to only put the federal return not state hope this helps

Mines says the same thing when I go into my account on irs website . No record filed. I really want to file with another tax service but at the same time don’t want to be flagged because a possibility of multiple tax forms coming from me. This is my first and last year using turbo tax. They never submitted them. I feel if they would resubmit some of the returns then it will say receive but they will continue to blame the irs despite the irs saying a return was never received. I filed feb 8th and like many other early fillers is still in the pending state for both state and federal

I completed both my federal and state returns on 1/29/2021and filed.  The Federal return was accepted on 2/10/2021 and the state (Georgia) was accepted on 2/18/2021.

I question whether my return was actually transmitted to the IRS.  It says it was on the T Tax system...however, I never did get an e mail or text as I have in the past that tells me this.  The returns I have done for my family all have gotten an immediate text/email notifying them of the submission.  I am thinking my return may just be sitting in limbo?  The system believes it has been submitted but it has not?  Anyone else who is still in pending status  since Feb 12 not get a text/email submission confirmation?

I’m in the same situation. No email notification that my e file was submitted. Both federal and state returns are in pending status since Feb 12th

I did not receive the confirmation email saying that my return had been transmitted. I got nothing. My federal and state have shown pending since 2/12. I filed 2/8. TT says that my federal was transmitted on 2/16 but the IRS has no record of any return for me for the 2020 tax year. I’ve been pending for 9 days with no resolution and no real assistance or help from TT/ Intuit.
