After you file

I never received the email either and I don’t think anyone here actually did. It would be nice if TT could offer some real help as this is just adding so much unnecessary stress for all. 
I’m frustrated and tired of being told that it is pending waiting on the IRS. The IRS continues to tell me that it is not a matter of processing my return but that rather, the issue is that they’ve not received my return. I was hopeful that finally we might all be receiving some actual help and assistance to the issue at hand but with no communication from TT and no email received during the time frame we were once again told to expect one .. I’m losing hope in TT. 
I think we are all just pleading for TT/Intuit to make things right and offer us the assistance they promised.
