SBTPG sending refunds

If an TT Expert told me they don't know where my $ was I would talk to their manager. How do they say expert and I know nothing at the same time? If you give them a screen shot of the proof and they still insist to know nothing I would talk to lawyer.

Why do we have to contact the bank when you all are suppose to see what’s going on?

TurboTax told me today that they can’t do anything to help. That after they send the prepared refund to the IRS it is out of their hands. SBTPG has had my refund since 2/9 and can only tell me I will get it “sometime this month”. I am livid! TurboTax has lost a loyal customer! And I have probably lost my $3000 refund by trusting them….

There won't be any problem these people on here no anything when you pay for fees out your refund it's been going there this is nothing new that's a real bank!

I'm having serious issues with Turbo Tax's third party banking affiliate, Tax Products Group (SBTPG). I, personally, have been waiting for my $7410.00 direct deposit to credit to my account since the 24th of February. (SBTPG received my full refund amount of $7518.00 from the IRS on 02/18/22, posted 02/23/2022). Every day I call, the automated message says the payment has been made on whatever date it happens to be. So, on 02/25, 02/28 and now it's saying payment was made today, 03/01/22... It has not.  Meanwhile, they've done nothing but give me the run around, stating I entered my banking info incorrectly (not true) and that's why they have had to send a cashiers check. When asked which date is was sent, I couldn't get a definitive answer b/c the representative herself seemed to have no clue as to when/if the check had been mailed.
This morning I spoke with Turbo tax who assured me they sent the info correctly. I also looked up tax products group on BBB.org where I found dozens upon dozens upon dozens of similar complaints. It's no wonder they rank 1.6 out of 5 stars and are NOT accredited with the BBB.

To be honest with you turbo tax is probably lying they mess up on people's stuff every year but you will get a check because I actually did put the wrong account number last year on my husband's taxes they sent him a check no problem.

Sbtpg rep Donota said sometime this month…today. My check date was 2/9

They're just tired of people calling I can guarantee they didn't even check your account they were just trying to get you off the phone.

Seems like all the early filers are having problems always do the first round of filers.

Wow that's weird they were very speedy last year my DDD is for tomorrow sbtpg had it now I will update you if it hits tomorrow.

Also I filed 1/24/22 accepted same day waited a while had to verify a week later got my DDD  for 3/2/22
