I'm having serious issues with Turbo Tax's third party banking affiliate, Tax Products Group (SBTPG). I, personally, have been waiting for my $7410.00 direct deposit to credit to my account since the 24th of February. (SBTPG received my full refund amount of $7518.00 from the IRS on 02/18/22, posted 02/23/2022). Every day I call, the automated message says the payment has been made on whatever date it happens to be. So, on 02/25, 02/28 and now it's saying payment was made today, 03/01/22... It has not. Meanwhile, they've done nothing but give me the run around, stating I entered my banking info incorrectly (not true) and that's why they have had to send a cashiers check. When asked which date is was sent, I couldn't get a definitive answer b/c the representative herself seemed to have no clue as to when/if the check had been mailed.
This morning I spoke with Turbo tax who assured me they sent the info correctly. I also looked up tax products group on BBB.org where I found dozens upon dozens upon dozens of similar complaints. It's no wonder they rank 1.6 out of 5 stars and are NOT accredited with the BBB.
Consumer beware!!!
