Mine was sent for direct deposit on 2/9 as well, Bombshell. We should stick together! I haven't heard a thing and it still says unfunded. What a joke. It does make me feel a BIT better that it isn't just me. I already talked to my tax attorney (who I should have kept using; I was just trying to save money, stupid me) and may give him power of attorney to pursue this. I'll give it a bit more time.

I got my money this morning I don't know why everyone else is having trouble maybe it's because of TurboTax I use FreeTaxUSA to file my taxes.

I followed the instructions someone posted earlier on this thread and I'm currently on hold. I have been on hold for almost an hour and a half. At least I have been lifting weights in the meantime!

Irs approved my refund why is sbtg not showing updates on funds being taken out? Is there a delay? I don’t want to use this service anymore.

I recieved a small potion of what my federal amount is. I've been on hold for an hour with tpg, where is the rest of my refund????

I’m the exact same boat as you. They received my refund 2/23 and lied saying my direct deposit was rejected by my bank. I called my bank and confirmed nothing was EVER sent by SBPTG they even said it sounded like a very sketchy situation. I confirmed my info was correct on TT as well. 
I’ve been told by SBPTG employees on 3 occasions (after being on hold for 2+) hours that my check was sent 2/24, 2/25 and 2/28 then I was told they don’t actually know the date it was sent they can’t tell but the check is dated 2/25. 
I also requested proof my refund was rejected and they claim they can’t provide me with proof. 
The last person said it was likely sent 2/25 and when I told her how the last person said checks only go out on Tuesday and Thursday’s so how did it go 2/25 on a Friday she avoided the question. 
I’m so mad and frustrated and just not even sure what to do at this point. Have you had any luck?

I’m in the same boat. Requested it be sent via direct deposit. Went to SBTPG website and it shows it was received and to send it direct deposit. I checked again today and it still says refund via direct deposit but underneath it now says, cashiers check….

This is exactly why I didn’t want to have the fees taken out, I didn’t want a check (longer to wait and more hassle)!! Everything assured me it would be sent direct deposit. Never again will I use this method!!

I am livid right now my status on tgp says funded, fast cash advance and it's supposed to have been sent to my green dot account as of the 03-16. first i didn't opt for a fast cash advance i opted for direct deposit and till this moment i'm yet to get my $$$. I'm not sure what fast cash advance refers to i have tried several means to reach someone at tpg and it's like talking to a brick wall. I'm afraid i may have to file a law suit against turbotax and tpg if my money goes missing.
