This code is next to an amount that was deposited in my account. I googled it and it appears that it is a turbotax number. But I did not file my taxes with turbotax this year. Is every company using numbers like this for refunds? Or did you complete my taxes without me?

That is an intermediary bank used and the IRS sends it to the routing and account number at the intermediary company. You may also contact us by clicking here so an agent can confirm the refund wasn't attributable to a return filed through TurboTax in the past.
