requires copies for verification

For the last three year the IRS has required I send them copies of documents verifying taxes withheld. How can I send copies of those documents when I file with your product?

You would have to complete the tax return and then print the return for mailing to include any documents with the tax return.   Print, sign, date and mail the tax return to the IRS.  Include with the mailed return any forms W-2 and 1099 which have taxes withheld. 

The federal tax return cannot be e-filed if physical documents are going to be attached to the tax return.

perhaps you should contact the IRS to find out why they continually need you to submit withholding documents.     this is not normal.   Then you may able to take steps so it is no longer necessary.
