I filed income taxes, and my return was rejected stating my agi was not correct. I went to the IRS website, pulled my transcript, and the AGI was correct. I looked at a few others in the same boat, adjusted my agi to zero, again rejected. IRS didn't cash our check last year until September, and we ran into issues with that, had to use some rule I had never heard of for forgiveness because it was late (interest and penalties), and do not ever want to file by paper again. Is that really my only option? Is this a turbo tax issue or IRS issue? Thank you...

My AGI matches the IRS transcript. No clue why it was rejected anyway...
try a different tax software provider.
Your e-File will probably go through.
Thanks but I did pay for this software. And I paid for electronic filing as well. I'm annoyed as hell, and likely won't be back. I can't get through to a human being at turbo tax either...Been using this software for years...
