I have 3 children on my return, all of them have 4 names and I have tried fixing the ss, name mismatch numerous ways. Can anyone tell me how to determine which child isn't matching?

No matter what you do --- if you have a SSN mismatch in the system this year---you cannot e-file. You will have to file your own return by mail. Print, sign and date your own return, and mail it in.
The "02" at the end of the rejection message means the child listed second as a dependent on your 1040. But you seem confused about the names, etc. that you entered.
Then look at your kids' Form 1040's to see which child did not check the box that says they can be claimed as someone else's dependent. That child has to amend their tax return. But you cannot wait for that. Their amended return will take months to process. File yours by mail and sort out the confusion with the kids next.
When you mail a tax return, you need to attach any documents showing tax withheld, such as your W-2’s or any 1099’s. Use a mailing service that will track it, such as UPS or certified mail so you will know the IRS/state received the return.
Federal and state returns must be in separate envelopes and they are mailed to different addresses. Read the mailing instructions that print with your tax return carefully so you mail them to the right addresses.
The IRS matches the SSN's last four digits to the last name's first four letters against the records at Social Security.
Ensure you enter the last name that Social Security has as their last name.
Reject Code SEIC-F1040-501-02 - When you get this reject code, the 02 at the end indicates which dependent. This would be the second dependent you entered in TurboTax.
