I cannot access the form for a refund. I did not want to pay $144.67 for refunds of $89 and $25. Customer service (Tamara)was very helpful in sending this however i could not access the form on line. Please mail me one. Thank You.

No one in the user forum can resolve a billing issue.  If you have a question about your TurboTax fees or billing, make sure you use the word “billing” in your request for help.  Do not use the word “refund.”
