Refund from TPG SBTPG LLC

My refund is less and comes from "TPG PRODUCTS SBTPG LLC"

I was trying to research this before I came here. And this was posted last year. Is there a reason I only received 59$ when 117$ was / is already slated to come out of my refund?

Did you receive less than expected on your tax refund? The refund amount the IRS deposited in your account may be less than what you expected.
