refund check

I have a refund date of November 22nd, 2022. I am being sent a check. I figured my refund status would have said "sent", but it doesn't say sent. It says it will be mailed by today, but why is there no update? should I be waiting longer or calling the IRS to figure it out?

Does the IRS refund site say they are mailing a check on 11-22?   Allow 7-10 business days for the check to arrive.  Remember there is a holiday with no mail this week.   TurboTax gets no updates from the IRS, so no one at TT knows when the IRS will actually put the envelope in the mail.   Watch your mailbox and open all mail even if it looks like junk mail.

yes, it says your refund of $###### will be mailed by 11-22. I figured with the holidays it wouldn't be sent this week, but I am wondering why the refund status hasn't updated to being sent. 

I will definitely be watching my mail and my informed delivery. I am hoping it gets sent out. I have had a lot of issues with my refund past 2 years and it has been a rollercoaster so i'm worried about not getting it lol thank you.

The IRS WMR?  tool is often behind in updating so all you can do is check the site every couple of days and your mailbox daily.
