Did anyone get this resolved? The same thing is happening to me now.

I understand I filed my taxes online and I have with the same company for years and they've never taken any of my money out of my account you've taken $43 out amongst with everybody else was called and complained we need our money back life is very hard living not $43 I earn that that was not yours to keep I had already paid for the service of them doing my taxes if you could contact me at [email address removed]. I would really appreciate my refund to all of it thank you

 You guys are using false promotion. I needed my advance. Big inconvenience and I’m surprised that no one has sued you guys by Now

I did my taxes early and for the second year in a row I was denied the refund advance because of a very small offset.  Then my return was rejected because I made a mistake on the EIN number. I paid off the offset so it no longer exists, then I applied for the refund advance again. Is there any one who can help me get approved? The offset was only 45 dollars but I paid it off strictly to get my advance approved this time. I called first central bank or whatever bank gets the applications and they said that it was up to TurboTax to approve them.

I am gathering people to file a class action against you unless you choose to correct the problem and give us all our refund advance you so blatantly false advertised

I was accepted for the refund advance, which automatically linked me to Credit Karma and set me up with a checking acct that I never in a million years would have gotten. 
my taxes get accepted only a short few mins after I file. 24 hrs later. No money. I call TT and the agent tells me that the money was sent to CK and kicked back. So call CK and find out why. Credit Katma tells me they have no idea what I’m talking about. Call TT, where I get put on hold for 20 mins and hung up on. Call#4, I’m on the phone for 1.5hrs with someone now telling me I didn’t get the refund advance but can’t explain why another agent told me my money was sent and returned, or how I got a CK checking acct made for me and the acct numbers automatically were generated onto my refund without me entering them. I asked for a supervisor 12x and was ignored or told it would be a long wait, and then I was hung up on, AGAIN. I filed for the advance refund bc we needed the money, not because I wanted a garbage credit karma checking account. I’m reporting them to the BBB for false advertising and fraud.

I’m sure it’s bound to happen sooner or later. New year, same problem. Applied, had all sorts of issues that resulted in a phone call telling me everything’s cool. Taxes were accepted both fed and state 36 hours ago and my brand new, shiny Credit Karma account is sitting with a whopping 0.00 in it. Just save yourself the stress and the horrible answers that do nothing for your question and just go to H&R or anyone else. Those are the ONLY companies that have true advances and you’ll have it by the time you walk out the door. I better not be paying any additional fees for my refund getting deposited into that Credit Karma account when it comes on feb 16th per the IRS.

That’s all it is. It’s a push for you to use their CK products and it’s going to be a massive disaster for them

If you applied for the advance, you can look in a few specific places in your account or your email for more information. 

Check Your TurboTax Order Details

1. On the Tax Home page, scroll down to the section for "Your tax returns & documents."
2. Select View Order Details.
3. Look for "Refund Advance" or "Credit Karma Money" listed under your payment and refund methods.
4. If it’s not there, you likely selected a standard direct deposit or a different refund option.

Look for Confirmation Emails

• If you applied, you should have received automated emails from TurboTax and its partners.

1. From TurboTax: Search for an email confirming your "Refund Selection."
2. From Credit Karma: If you were approved, Credit Karma sends an email when the funds are deposited into your Credit Karma Money Spend account.
3. From WebBank: If your application was denied, you will receive an email from WebBank (the lender) explaining the reason for the decline.

Check Your Credit Karma Money Account

• Because the Refund Advance is deposited into a Credit Karma Money™ Spend account, checking that account is the fastest way to see if the loan was processed.

1. Log in to your Credit Karma account.
2. Navigate to the Money tab.
3. If you see a pending or completed deposit for a portion of your refund (typically between $250 and $4,000) shortly after the IRS accepted your return, that is your Refund Advance.

Review Your Tax Return Summary

• You can also find clues on your actual tax forms:

1. Open your 2025 return in TurboTax
2. Go to the Tax Tools menu on the left
3. Select Print Center
4. View your Federal Information Worksheet
5. Look at the "Direct Deposit" section
6. If you signed up for the advance, the bank account listed will be the MVB Bank account associated with Credit Karma, rather than your personal bank account.
