My name is Derrick fields,and I'm still waiting on my turbo tax card. The first I had, somehow I had to have it resent out, because at my cousin's house when it arrived it was on the 18th of last month,then I had it cancelled and resent the 18th of last month,and yet still haven't received my new turbo tax card.

How do you find out if they are trying to deposit it in a previous no longer used bank? I no longer have online access to the previous bank
