Only you can get it. You'll need to access your online account and the print it yourself. if you don't have a printer, you'll have to save it to a removable drive as a PDF and then use a printer at a friend's house or pay at a store that offer's printing services. Security is an issue at these places.  the other option is to pay $30 to get a copy from the iRS by filing form 4506. https://www.irs.gov/pub/irs-pdf/f4506.pdf 

if a transcript will do, you can register online but you still need a printer or the PDF route
