My returns were accepted the 03/14/2020 I still haven’t receive it bore emails

I haven’t received my tax’s yet what’s the hold up the 14 of March 2020 I haven’t gotten a email from no one turbo tax’s nobody what’s going on

How do you know it was Accepted if you didn't get the email?

Does you Account show  the status and if it was Accepted or Rejected, Started, Printed, Ready to Mail, etc.  What does it say?
