My refund on the IRS where's my refund tool is $7,545 but turbotax only deposited $4,451. Why is my refund $3,104 short when the Irs website and app says my refund total is $7,545 after they already did an offset. If sbtpg llc tpg products has something to do with this I will be contacting an attourney and filing a class action law suit.

I am experiencing the same problem! The where’s my refund app says an adjusted refund after offsets of $1400 & turbo tax only deposited $158! Every time I ask all I get is “you must’ve had offsets”, I GET THAT but after the offsets the ADJUSTED REFUND says $1400 was deposited so where is it?!?

If the IRS website indicates that $1,400 was sent on a specific date and you only received $158 and you requested to have your TurboTax account fees paid from the federal tax refund you need to contact an agent at the Santa Barbara Tax Products Group.
When you requested to have the TurboTax account fees deducted from your federal tax refund, the IRS will send the refund to a third party processor to have the fees and the service charge deducted. The third party processor will deduct the TurboTax fees plus the service charge and then attempt to direct deposit the remaining refund balance into the account that you entered on your tax return.
For the status of your tax refund you will need to contact the third party processor, Santa Barbara Tax Product Group, using their website - https://www.sbtpg.com/

Does the IRS website indicate that you were sent less than what was reported on your federal tax return Form 1040 Line 34? - https://www.irs.gov/refunds
If your refund is short $2,800 then that is because you said you did not receive the 3rd stimulus payment and the IRS has records that show you were sent the 3rd stimulus payment so they removed the $2,800 Recovery Rebate Credit that was entered on Form 1040 Line 30.
Go to this IRS website for your tax account to see if the 3rd stimulus payment is entered - https://www.irs.gov/payments/your-online-account
If you are Married Filing Jointly also check your spouse's tax account.
If you checked your bank account in the March - May 2021 timeframe and there is not a $2,800 EIP3 payment from the IRS then go to this IRS website for how to start a trace on the payment - https://www.irs.gov/newsroom/questions-and-answers-about-the-third-economic-impact-payment-topic-j-p...
