Your tax refund was not sent to TurboTax.   TurboTax does not handle your refund at all.

Santa Barbara Tax Products Group, LLC  (SBTPG) is the bank that handles the Refund Processing Service when you choose to have your TurboTax fees deducted from your refund. This option also has an additional charge from the bank that processes the transaction.

IRS sent my refund to the third party that works with TurboTax been calling they act like they can't find it one minute then the next minute nobody's answering the phone

No one in this public forum or TT can help you with the refund ... once the IRS sends it only you can track it down.

TT is not notified when the IRS issues a refund, or it is sent to the third party bank.
