My 2019 federal return was accepted by IRS but it’s not showing under my account the IRS website.

It has been over a month since I efiled my return and it was accepted. Do I have to refile it?

Sometimes people get confused by the “summary” given by TurboTax and use the wrong amount for the federal refund.  Make sure you are only using the federal refund amount, and not an amount that combined your federal and state refunds.

Your federal refund amount is on line 20 of your Form 1040

I would like to know why my 2019 federal tax return is not showing in my account. I can not view my return for a hard copy. My 2019 federal tax return was excepted. and my funds was garnished. I never received my refund. not sure why?

It's common to end up with multiple accounts. First LOG OUT of whatever TurboTax account you're logged into right now. Then use this TurboTax account recovery website to get a list of user ID's for an email address. Run the tool against any email addresses you may have used

If you used the Desktop CD/Download program then the only copy is on your computer and not saved or stored online.

You can also request a transcript from the IRS

Or here's an alternate way to print by opening the filed return back up to print at the Print Center, where you can also get the worksheets.

Log in and at the Tax Home or in the section Your Tax Returns & Documents for 2019, look for a link Add a State.  Click on Add a State.  (you don't really add one.  That's just to open your return back up.)

After the return is open, click in the left menu column on TAX TOOLS, then PRINT CENTER.

Then choose Print, save, view this year's return.

The next screen should offer some options:  Just my tax returns or include government worksheets (optional), or include government and TurboTax worksheets (optional.)

If you mean you can't find your tax return in Turbotax, you might be logged into the wrong account as suggested by my colleague.

If you mean that you can't find your tax transcript at the IRS web site, it can take 4 weeks or more for your processed return to be uploaded into that system at the IRS.
