I applied for my 2021 taxes using the free TurboTax and was estimated to receive $1,719. When I got my refund I was only refunded $200 worth of my refund. I checked the website it says I should be getting the original amount on TurboTax then I checked the IRS website and it stated that an error may have occurred. It did give me a list of reasons for why the error might have happened but none of the errors apply to my situation. I’ve tried calling the IRS but no answer or option to get a hold of a representative. I have called you guys but was only told that I need to talk to the IRS about the issues now I’m not sure what to do about the missing money or what the issue was with my taxes in order to be deducted. Please help!

I am on the same boat with you. It said that I should get $1400 along with my return, but I only got $225. I have looked everywhere via Google and I could not find any answer. I haven't seen a check in my mail either.

$1,400 is the amount of the 2021 3rd stimulus that would be added if you said that you had not received it. If the IRS records show that it was issued to you then they denied it. You should receive a letter form the IRS explaining that.
What if I didn’t get the 2021 3rd stimulus check ?
The IRS stated they sent a direct 2021 tax refund of $889 to my bank on April 25, 2022. The refund has never shown up on my bank account. I called a representative at my bank today (6/9/2022) who verified they never received the deposit and no errant problem occured that made them return a deposit of any kind to the IRS that was sent to my account. I can't get ahold of an IRS agent to whom I may speak on the issue. The recoding from the IRS says I need to talk to my bank (done today) or Turbo Tax. I need Turbo Tax to find out where the IRS sent the money or tell me what bank address was provided by Turbo Tax to the IRS to verify no mistake. Please, BubbaL20
Will Turbo Tax reply?
@20BubbaL20 Did you choose to have your TurboTax fees deducted from your federal refund? If so, a third party bank is involved.
Your tax refund was not sent to TurboTax. TurboTax does not handle your refund at all.
Santa Barbara Tax Products Group, LLC (SBTPG) is the bank that handles the Refund Processing Service when you choose to have your TurboTax fees deducted from your refund. This option also has an additional charge from the bank that processes the transaction.
You can contact them SBTPG, toll-free, at 1-877-908-7228 or go to their secure website www.sbtpg.com

I paid the Turbo Tax of $78.88 by mastercard on Aplril 17, 2022, did not include in the tax refund.
If you need to trace a payment that the IRS says has been issued to you, mail or fax a completed IRS Form 3911, Taxpayer Statement Regarding Refund.
