It says my refund will be in my account tomorrow. Are TT accurate?

Only the IRS can provide you with a specific date of when you can expect to receive your tax refund. You can track the status of your return on the IRS Where’s My Refund? site. The tool is updated daily (usually in the overnight hours) so you don’t need to check more often.
Please note, if you claimed the Earned Income Tax Credit (EITC) or the Additional Child Tax Credit (ACTC) there will be a delay in processing your return as the IRS just started processing those returns last week.
