You would have to get the download/desktop program or download the forms and mail your return.
Online tax preparation and e-filing are closed for 2022. If you used TT for a 2022 federal return you could download and use the desktop software on a full PC or Mac to prepare a 2022 state return, or you could try going on the state's tax site and getting the forms to prepare by hand.
If you prepared the 2022 state return but simply forgot to file it, you can try to print it, sign and date it in ink, and mail it to the state.
If you already paid for your online software you can ask customer support for a download of the desktop software.

Literally having the same issue, randomly got a letter asking for 2022 Missouri 1040 form and now turbo tax doesn’t have it anywhere in my history reports. Help!
@jlynch4788 If you prepared a 2022 state return it will be with the pdf that you saved.
You have to access your own account and/or print it for yourself using exactly the same account and user ID that you used when you prepared the return.
Many people have multiple TT accounts and forget how to access them. Log out of the account you are in now.

The issue is when I look at the pdf files for 2022 and 2021 it’s showing the 2021 for both years so 2022 is missing for some reason.
