IRS2GO shows my refund was deposited in my account March 9th. My bank says they have not received it. I have called the IRS multiple times but cannot get a real person on the phone. I follow all of the prompts, and then the automated system hangs up on me. I choose to have my TurboTax fees be deducted from my refund. Is there any way TurboTax can check the status of my return, since their fees are coming from it? How long will it take for me to receive my check in the mail?

It is usually within 5 days from the date of mailing will you receive the check. However, you can contact SBTPG as they should be able to tell you why the check was issued.

After reading other posts about issues similar to my own, I went online to SBTPG's website. They have had my money since March 8! Why? This is unacceptable!
Yes I have read a lot of people are having this issue. If I don’t get my check soon I will be calling the irs or reporting it to the bbb. I have seen a lot of people reporting it to the bbb and getting their issues resolved. I don’t think I should have to do this so I’m willing to give it a few more days. If I don’t have my check this week I’m going to be highly disappointed. I think they just tell you what u wanna hear when you call them. The representative from tpg products says that she sees a check number so the check is real so where is it? Turbo Tax will lose a lot of people after this year. This is my first time with them never again

Yes, never again. I’m going to get the irs to put a track on the money even though I know it is there. I want to know what the new story will be when I call on Monday. At this point I just want them to be honest. Did you or did u not send the check? Can I give you my bank acccount info and you send it directly their? The news and the irs should get involved. This has happened to alot of people. Social media, the bbb website, and the forum is filled with similar stories. Turbo tax must not realize they are messing with their bottom line. People will let alot of things slide but not their money. At this point they are sitting on millions of dollars from customers. Is it fraud? Many people are missing money from what tpg sent them or don’t have any money at all like us. Either way big red flags
For the past 3 days the automated phone service for SBTPG has stated a payment was made to me via "Bank Print Check". Each day it gave a different date the check was issued. NO CHECK HAS BEEN ISSUED! Today I called multiple times trying to reach a customer service agent. One time I was on hold for over an hour. Another time I was on hold over 2 hours, just TO BE HUNG UP ON! What is going on with this? I NEED ANSWERS!
Call [phone number removed] and ask them do they see a check number if not it wasn’t sent. Also get the usps informed delivery and it will show you all the mail you have coming to your address. The envelope from tpg products will say pasedena California and your name and address it looks like a bill.

I called 6 times to tpg/Greendot.
I've emailed 6 separate tickets and only one got a reply saying we need X info and nothing in two months since.
I've done the form TWICE to show I did not get my original mailed check. I have usps to see if it came-it never did. (It takes a picture of your mail)
I get no response to emails or cases and they ask the same questions over the phone. They say I need a form done. I've done the form twice. I called today, and the girl wanted the 'check reference number'. Last time I got a person who emailed me a form and I filled it out and sent it in. I also get the automated your check was sent (with the date I call) named on it. I'm like what is that? No one said anything about a reference number. No replies to my email/cases. Then she said I had the wrong form today after a month of no communication. "I'll put in for them to send you a correct form". Surprise, no new form was emailed to me. I'm not sure if this is a small percentage of people or not. That is bad customer service.
Not using turbo tax again since they use GreenDot who cant be helped to do anything right since Feb 23rd. It is now april 22. C'mon. Is who they use, I won't use their service. Find a better bank that can handle callers and answer emails and send the right forms.
Had Issues with stimulus and now this.
I am hoping I can get this recovered with a trace and maybe a new IRS check sent. Who knows...
Literally going thru the same issue nobody has a answer all tpg tells you to do is wait like what you have my money wtf
