After you file

I called 6 times to tpg/Greendot.

I've emailed 6 separate tickets and only one got a reply saying we need X info and nothing in two months since.

I've done the form TWICE to show I did not get my original mailed check. I have usps to see if it came-it never did. (It takes a picture of your mail)

I get no response to emails or cases and they ask the same questions over the phone. They say I need a form done. I've done the form twice. I called today, and the girl wanted the 'check reference number'. Last time I got a person who emailed me a form and I filled it out and sent it in. I also get the automated your check was sent (with the date I call) named on it. I'm like what is that? No one said anything about a reference number. No replies to my email/cases. Then she said I had the wrong form today after a month of no communication. "I'll put in for them to send you a correct form". Surprise, no new form was emailed to me. I'm not sure if this is a small percentage of people or not. That is bad customer service. 

 

Not using turbo tax again since they use GreenDot who cant be helped to do anything right since Feb 23rd. It is now april 22. C'mon. Is who they use, I won't use their service. Find a better bank that can handle callers and answer emails and send the right forms. 

Had Issues with stimulus and now this.

I am hoping I can get this recovered with a trace and maybe a new IRS check sent. Who knows...
